Collapse Scenarios (at mid-term)

The collapse of the Soviet Union resulted in a uniform retreat by society from an urban construct of shared interests; Open spaces claimed for public use became free spaces claimed for private use.  The images below illustrate scenarios in which the collapse of an active and organized citizenry results in an exploitation of the public realm and a series of actions that undermine the roots of a market economy.
